The fellow is paid a competitive professional-level salary as an employee of Washington University School of Medicine in a full-time, benefits-eligible position. Visit Human Resources to learn more about working at Washington University.

Upon successful completion of the program, fellows will be considered for suitable employment opportunities available at the medical center; no employment beyond the two-year period is implied.

Fellows may be removed from the program for performance or compliance-related issues, or when it is in the best interest of the medical school or the individual.
