About Olga Kipnis

Olga Kipnis serves as the assistant dean for organizational excellence at WashU Medicine, partnering with leaders and teams to advance what matters most to them — improving how they work, lead and achieve meaningful, sustainable results. 

Kipnis brings a balanced, human-centered approach that integrates objective management methods with mindset and personal effectiveness. Drawing on her background in project and change management, process improvement and leadership development, she helps others navigate complexity and deliver outcomes that matter.

With specialized training from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and extensive business education from Influential U, Kipnis brings expertise in communication, personality dynamics and management to strengthen leadership, collaboration and performance.

Kipnis holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science and a master’s degree in the management of information technology. She is a certified life coach (CPCC), mental fitness coach and holds a PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation. Her experience spans corporate, private and public sectors, and what she treasures most is supporting higher education administration for more than 20 years.
